••• Mixed Media Tag •••

Hey guys welcome back, This is Archana here,
Today I come up with another super simple mixed media tag, This is my DT project for Happy Craft Challenges..

To create this tag First I prepared the background using Expressions craft sprinkle mist, and then mixed the little amount of Expressions Craft chalk paint into texture paste and spread it through stencil, this way I got slightly tinted texture onto the tag.

Next I tore down cheese cloth and also colored it using black sprinkle mist... Adhere the cheese cloth on tag and left it aside to dry, meanwhile I stamped the image from Heartfelt creations stamp-set and colored it using colored ball pen.. Fuzzy cut the image and placed it on to the tag, to give 3d look I glued some cardboard pieces behind the image (you can also used double sided foam tape for this process).

To finish the tag added sentiment and kundan stones and Voilllaaaa !!! This super simple tag is ready....

Here are few more images of this tag :

••• Mixed Media Birthday Card •••

Hey guys welcome back, This is Archana here,
I am back with another DT inspiration project for Scrapping4funchallenges, For challenge number 141 "Masculine"
http://scrapping4funchallenges.blogspot.com/

I have created this project using Digi sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps :

I wanted to keep this card as simple as possible just to highlight the focal point (i.e. Digi) so to start with i have created watercolor splash effect I used Craftyscrappers Ink pads... To get the effect I took plastic sheet and on that I have put the ink pads right on to the plastic sheet and sprayed a little amount of water... and lay down the cardstock on top of it and lift.

Next, I added Shimmer paste from Craftyscrappers using stencil and also distress the edges using brownish shade of ink pad, this will add finishing look to the card...

Colored the focal point (digi) using diluted acrylic paints and placed the image on the card, to give bit dimension to the image I placed Cardboard pieces behind the image...

To create layers i placed the card layout on designer paper and then on white cardstock.. I didn't like the plain white cardstock so I distress the edges using greenish shade of inkpad...

To give finishing look I added sentiment, and this is how I finished this super simple and easy card.. here are few more images of this card :

••• The Mermaid card •••

Hello and welcome everyone, This is Archana here,
I have created this card for LeAnn's world 101 I just love the way this card turns out to be.. To make this card I have used amazing newly launched ink pads from Craftyscrappers to create background for cards. I took plastic sheet and on that I have put the ink pads right on to the plastic sheet and sprayed a little amount of water... and lay down the cardstock on top of it and lift. I don’t want to ruin the background here so I planned to keep these cards as simple as possible..

I took Digi stamp Ashera from LeAnn's World 101 (This is Digi is available on LeAnn's World 101 Etsy shop) This is super cute image and very versatile to use, okay so moving on I color it using diluted acrylic paint. Next I fussy cut the image and placed it on the card using cardboard to give it lift from the background and chipboard embellishment on the card, next I finished the card by adding black color splatters.

Unfortunately, Making process of this project got deleted but will surely recreate this project with video, So stay tuned also Don't forget to SUBSCRIBE to my YouTube channel if you haven't already..
