••• Mixed Media Christmas Card •••

Hey guys welcome back, This is Archana here,
Today I come up with another super simple mixed media card, This is also my DT project for Cute N Crafty Christmas blog

To make this card first I took blank card and spread glitter paste all over to make background... I did same thing on two different cardstock, so here greenish one for card base and another bluish one for layering or for adding interest to the card base  ... Once its dries completely I cut one cardstock into pieces and layered it on card base using cardboard to give dimensional look as you can see in the picture..

I also distress the edges of each cardstock to give more finished look. Next I colored the image from PolkaDoddles Winnie Angle and  using diluted acrylic paints , fussy cut it and adhere it on the card base using cardboard

I placed some thread and on top of it I adhere Sentiment and our card is ready...

Here are some more pictures of this card :

••• Mixed media wall hanging •••

Hey guys welcome back, This is Archana here,
Today I come up with another super simple mixed media wall hanging, This is also my DT project for Cute N Crafty Christmas blog

To make this super simple mixed media panel, First of all prime the surface and for that I have used white white Gesso.  Once gesso dried completely I have sprayed Shimmer spray.. for this process I have sprayed on the top portion of the board and then tiled the project little bit so that color flow to the downwards and will have nice blended look. This step really creates beautiful watercolor effect....

To create snow fall like effect I mixed micro beads into texture paste and apply it on upper part of Board vertically using palate knife and also applied on bottom part of board.. Next I color it using same shimmer spray shade...

Next for the focal point of this project, I digi image from Hatty clare and colored it using diluted acrylic paints... To place the image I, first glued down coconut fiber and then pasted the fussy cut image on it.

No Christmas themed project is complete without glitter, so I added Craftyscrappers shimmer paste using palate knife.. To finish the project I added one sentiment...

Here are few more images of this Project:
